A sports bra is essential for keeping your assets in place as you workout. Even if you don’t have much to brag about, a sports bra will help to keep them secure, and you don’t have to worry about correcting your bra strap every few minutes. Choosing a few well fitting sports bras in bright colours and patterns will funk up your gym outfits, and you can usually find tank tops to match. You can find tank tops in a special material that wicks sweat away from the body, so try to find that kind of material to keep you cool during your workouts. Slogan t-shirts in the gym can add a bit of humour to your workout, for example; ‘squat it like it’s hot!’

It’s no good turning up at the gym in baggy, ill fitting trackie bottoms if you want a great workout. Although they are comfortable to begin with, they can fall down as you workout which is very distracting, as well as make you hotter and uncomfortable.
